Today is my 40th birthday and decided to start the Personl Power II program and threw in the first CD this morning in the car. I've had the program for years and listened to them in their entirity about 2 or 3 years ago. I received a lift from them, but did not sustain my growth. I do not have the book with me this morning and decided to search out the first days notes online and came across your blog instead. Excellent.
